Well, the movie is more than just that line.. It tells you to step out of the rat race and run your own race. Then, no one will win and no one will lose... You are your own competitor and no one else. Do what you love and life will be beautiful and you will be happy. Follow your heart and you will achieve all the happiness in the world. Do something out of the league and you will be satisfied. That's Aamir's genius for you...
Aamir Khan's movies have a similar pattern. He talks about and emphasizes some golden rules to live your life. Be it Rang de Basanti or Taare Zameen Par, and now 3 Idiots... The movies carry a few philosophies which seem unrealistic.. I mean, do you think the education pattern in the country would change after 3 Idiots? Or, the students and their parents will stop competing for marks and strive to achieve excellence, without bothering about the competition ?
No doubt, it is hard, but certainly not impossible... and for that each and everyone would have to step out of the line and strive to work for the betterment of the society. Do what you should be doing and want to do... Dont be like a crab, pulling others down... but like a an ant, help and support others and then not only would they benefit, but you would be the greatest beneficiary... and that too with all smiles and no guilt... CHEERS !!!
